1. Apply

2. Talk to us
It’s an initial interview with a recruiter about the role you’re applying for. We will also ask about your motivations and relevant experience.
3. Check your skills
This stage is not obligatory for all roles. For some technical positions, you may be asked to take an online test - it allows us to assess your technical skills.
4. Meet the team
This is the moment when we check together if there is a match between us, and if your experience aligns with our needs.
5. Meet the manager
You will have a short conversation with your future team manager - it’s a great opportunity to learn more about the project and see how it will be to work together.
6. Decide
Now is the time to decide if we are the right fit for each other and eventually present you with an offer.

How can I prepare for the interviews?
We know coming to an interview can sometimes be stressful. Remember, interviewing is a two-way process: we get to know you and your skills and you also check on us! Here are a few tips to help you prepare for the interview:
- Read through the job description and make sure you have an understanding of what could be expected in the role you consider
- Think about what made you apply for the role and what you would like to have answered. There will be time for you to ask questions so have them prepared!
- We conduct interviews online, so ensure your equipment and link to the interview work properly prior to the meeting. You do not need any technical challenges during the conversation
- Find a quiet place with no distractions to conduct the interview
- Remember the person on the other side wants you to succeed and is curious to get to know you better

First, you will meet one of our recruiters, and in further stages, you will meet your future colleagues and your manager. We will tell you more about our company, product, structure and role.
